The daily price per person in Bed and Breakfast treatment is from 43.00€ to 55.00€ depending on the period.

ALL RATES INLCUDE:  breakfast, bed linen, towels, courtesy set, daily cleaning service, ski or bike storage, free wi-fi, external private parking, Trentino Guest Card.

TOURIST TAX: the tourist tax is not included 1,50€ per person per day, excluding children under 14 years.

BREAKFAST: from 7:30 to 9:30

CHECK-IN - CHECK OUT: the rooms are available starting from 2 PM on the check-in day until 10 AM on the check-out day. We kindly ask our guest to inform us if the expected check-in time is after 10 PM*. Late check-in after 11 PM only on request and for a fee!

CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATION: reservations are confirmed after the payment of the deposit 30% of the total amount for the booking.  You can pay it by bank transfer. Confirmation of the reservation implies acceptance of our cancellation terms.

CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION: it is always unpleasant having to cancel your holiday, so please understand that the deposit is simultaneously the cancellation fee. In case of cancellation of a direct booking, it is our policy to keep the down payment for a future stay (within 1 year). In case of early departure we cannot reimburse you for your remaining holiday.

PAYMENT: We accept payment in cash, credit or debit cards, bank transfer (to be made on the day of your arrival).

ANIMALS: unfortunately animals are not allowed.
